Very professional and thoughtful
Customer service was excellent. I'm a bit disappointed that the air intake was left detached and I drove it home wondering what the problem was. I fixed it myself and not happy about having to do it, considering you had the truck for almost three weeks. Grateful for the loaner though, so generally I'm OK with your help.
Staff are very efficient and friendly.

I went in for a steering issue and was helped by advisor. She was very helpful, attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. The technician took the time to go over the vehicle with me to help duplicate the issue and ensure an accurate diagnosis. When my vehicle was ready advisor reviewed the repair order with me explained the work that had been performed and went over the results of my multi-point vehicle inspection. Had a very positive visit when having work done on my vehicle, I did not have to wait long to be seen. Service people were very polite. While waiting for my vehicle to be service they checked back with me regarding the repairs that were require and then back periodically to let me know how everything was going and when they expected to be finished. Waiting room is very nice with a TV to watch and coffee and water available to all. No negative feedback during my service. Staff is friendly and accommodating!
General Sales Manager Dan Cirielo did an outstanding job of selling and delivering my gorgeous Mustang EcoBoost Premium dark red convertible. I called him and we did the whole deal and all the delivery arrangements by video Facetime. He even enabled a Sunday delivery on June 28th 2026. They’ve been a great dealer but I feel as even though we bought 3 vehicles there they wouldn’t discount my service a penny. Doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
I would always get my oil change at the dealership. They are always so fast and if I need anything they are there to assist. And if they find anything wrong with my car they are there to explain throughly whatever I need.

Went in for an oil change and Tasca Ford changed my life. While Jenny and the technicians checked in on my vehicle, I got some much needed relaxation in the lounge. I am able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, the service work was completed quickly while I waited (30k service, oil change), and I was kept up to date as the work was completed. The service advisor also offered some reasonable and friendly recommendations on when to complete future service items on my F250. Overall another good experience with Tasca Berlin.

The sales staff was great to work with, asking all the right questions so I got exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, they went through all the setup and question that came up. That is greatly appreciated with new Trucks and all the computers and choices you have.
I had received a factory recall on my 2026 Jayco precept 31UL motorhome about a possible issue with the breaking and steering. I contacted Tasca Ford because they are a commercial Ford dealer and deal with larger vehicles. I met with Kevin upon arrival that morning and was treated like a longtime customer, even though it was my first time. The atmosphere was completely relaxed, friendly, and everyone was working together to make the experience great. I will return to this dealership in the future for all my engine and drive train issues. Thank you, Tasca Ford.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Colin Frayne for about 2 weeks prior to coming into the dealership. He responded quickly to my questions and worked with me to find the Bronco I was looking for at the best price. Once I came into the dealership, the process was seamless. Colin and the rest of the staff were very helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this dealership and will work with Colin again in the future.
Colin made picking out my car and explaining the features so easy ! I went looking on Monday and was driving off Friday with my brand new Explorer. Will made the paperwork quick and easy, and the final tech walkthrough and getting my phone hooked up to the system was thorough and much appreciated by the team. This might be a biased review as im a reasonable new employee (March to Now), but Will and Farhan made my 2011 Subaru Legacy trade in/ cash and debit down payment a joy for a 2020 Subaru Impreza.

Did a poor job Firestone fix the issue. F. Y. I. They need to train the Tech on how to uses balance machine Inside versus outside weight placement

Everything from the process of calling to see if they had a certain truck in stock to be connected to a very attentive sales person to the experience in the finance department. Everything was A+ perfect. They made the process quick and easy and I like the texting system they have to communicate throughout the process.
