I took the day off and dropped my truck off at Monaco and they took 2 days and never looked at it. I was angry so I told them that I was taking it to Tasco and you guys didn’t disappoint and communicated with me the whole way. TY! This is the second time this dealer has damaged our vehicle when gone in for repairs. Last year they broke the dash while attempting to fix camera. Then cracked windshield when replacing pillars. Scratch vehicle and yelled at my wife.. humiliated her and refused responsibility. Use care and look at reviews on this dealer. Br careful

Went to Tasca for an overdue oil change (other Ford dealerships wanted a two day away appointment, I wasn’t coming back another day). Eric at Tasca was a pleasure to work with, I had to wait a bit as it was lunch time but got me in. I had a pleasant experience at this dealership and would use them again in the future.
Great experience buying a new car at Tasca. Got a very fair deal with rebates from Ford. Everyone at the dealership was great. Feel like I know everyone now. Farham was the salesperson and main person I dealt with. He kept in contact, followed up on issues and was with me throughout the process. Jeff was helpful in my decision to purchase the vehicle. Will in finance was a pleasure to deal with and Mike was great showing me around the technical features of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I went in looking for a Ford Ranger with the 2.7L EcoBoost, which can be pretty hard to find. My salesman Farhan helped me through the entire purchase process and found exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent. I'm a bit disappointed that the air intake was left detached and I drove it home wondering what the problem was. I fixed it myself and not happy about having to do it, considering you had the truck for almost three weeks. Grateful for the loaner though, so generally I'm OK with your help.
Staff are very efficient and friendly.

Had a very positive visit when having work done on my vehicle, I did not have to wait long to be seen. Service people were very polite. While waiting for my vehicle to be service they checked back with me regarding the repairs that were require and then back periodically to let me know how everything was going and when they expected to be finished. Waiting room is very nice with a TV to watch and coffee and water available to all. No negative feedback during my service. Staff is friendly and accommodating!

They’ve been a great dealer but I feel as even though we bought 3 vehicles there they wouldn’t discount my service a penny. Doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
I would always get my oil change at the dealership. They are always so fast and if I need anything they are there to assist. And if they find anything wrong with my car they are there to explain throughly whatever I need.

I am able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, the service work was completed quickly while I waited (30k service, oil change), and I was kept up to date as the work was completed. The service advisor also offered some reasonable and friendly recommendations on when to complete future service items on my F250. Overall another good experience with Tasca Berlin.
